Returns & Exchanges

At Something Greek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sorority and fraternity apparel. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and unwashed. Please note that custom-embroidered or screen-printed Greek gear with specific organization symbols may be final sale.

• 2.
  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
